Shipping & Returns
All the shipments are sent through Australia Post. If you would like insurance on your purchase please contact me to discuss the rate. I ship to the address given in your purchase, as it is written by you at the time of sale. Please ensure it is correct. I am not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address.
Every effort will be made to post items as soon as possible however some items will take a few days to make.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email me. Returns and exchanges will be cheerfully accepted... I want you to be satisfied.
In case of returns- price of item(s) ONLY will be refunded. And only AFTER I have the item back in my possession.
If an item is damaged in the mail, please return it to me. I will replace your damaged item as soon as I possibly can. Since some of the items are one of a kind I regret I may not be able to replace it, but in some instances I may be able to replace it with something that closely resembles the damaged piece.
If you are not completely satisfied, please notify me within 2 days of receipt of product. The item must be received by me in the exact condition when it was sold to qualify for a refund. All shipping and packing costs relating to the return will be absorbed by buyer. If item is received damaged due to shipping carrier, please make a claim with the post office.
